🔄 Powertrail E-Bike Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Powertrail E-Bike. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns Eligibility
- You may return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery if:
- The bike is unused and in original packaging
- It has no signs of wear or damage
- You have a valid proof of purchase
- We do not accept returns on:
- Used or damaged bikes
- Bikes without original packaging
- Custom-built or modified orders
🔁 How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@powertraillebike.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request an exchange.

- Returns without prior contact or approval may be refused.
- Items returned in used or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
