🔄 Powertrail E-Bike Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Powertrail E-Bike. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

  • You may return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery if:
    • The bike is unused and in original packaging
    • It has no signs of wear or damage
    • You have a valid proof of purchase
  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Used or damaged bikes
    • Bikes without original packaging
    • Custom-built or modified orders

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@powertraillebike.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • Returns without prior contact or approval may be refused.
  • Items returned in used or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
